Atrida Ferketi
Fund Manager
Mrs. Ferketi is recognized for her leadership capacities, gender alliance and youth.
She has been working with gender issues and young’s for more than 15 years, while for more than 7 years she has been responsible for education policies making.
She funded Women on INTEGRATION in 2009 and had worked since as the Program Manager.
She was Regional Director of Education in Shkodra Qark, where she designed and implemented projects on education reforms and new curricula’s introduction.
Many projects have been developed and implemented under her responsibility. Due to her former position and civil society experience she has a strong network and cooperation with authorities in local, regional and national level.
She is recognized as Gender Alliance, Human Rights and Capacities Development expert.
Djana Bejko
Legal Representative
Mrs. Bejko is recognized as a civil society expert with 19 years’ experience working in national, western Balkan and SEE countries level. She is recognized for the management and leadership skills on civil society and public institutions. She has been working for 13 years with international organizations in regional and national level. Her previous work experience includes Senior Program Officer / Gender Mainstream Manager of the Decentralization and Local Development Program-dldp, funded by Swiss Government and implemented by HELVETS Swiss Intercooperation (Nov` 2000 – Sep` 2013). Djana is a senior expert in local governance and decentralization, program management, strategy development, organizational and institutional development, social inclusion, and gender mainstream. She has long experience on funds management, coordination and network.
Amela Zaganjori
Project Finance Manager
Mrs. Zaganjori joined the organization in September 2012 in the Project Finance Manager position. She had previous experiences with civil society organizations and the inspectorate of the territory protection. She is economist by the background. Meanwhile she has M.Sc. in juridical sciences and M. Sc. on “Leadership and political representation”. She is dealing with day – to – day financial management including accounting system and variation of nonprofit bookkeeping and reporting. Amela’s fields of expertise are Finance, Administrative Procedures, Human Resource Management, and Office Management.
Nadire Agaj
Education and PR Coordinator
Mrs. Agaj has an extensive teaching experience after having served as educator for more than 30 years.
She joined the women on INTEGRATION since 2009, and up to now she is focused on public awareness raising, education as an info-communication expert within many projects.
Her outstanding experience in education and teaching is reflected by several articles and textbooks published by different magazines and medias.
She had also excellent skills in thematically youth approaching and human resources management. In addition, she has participated in numerous training programs on gender related issues and has been a delegate to national and international women’s conferences.
Alda Nikollori
Information Technology and Digital Media Advisor
Mrs. Nikollori is an IT Expert, with more than 15 year of experience in the sector, and a graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield.She helps the organization in fulfilling its Digital Media Strategy with the use of different tools, as well implements new technology to assist out staff in day to day activities.
